Join us for a weekend of creative exploration and take your clay work to the next level with stencil resist techniques! Perfect for clay enthusiasts of all skill levels, we will learn how to create intricate designs and patterns using resist materials and methods to achieve stunning surface decorations on both wet clay and bisque ware. We’ll focus on developing your individual aesthetic by encouraging the use of personal inspiration and imagery in your work. By the end of the hands-on session, students can expect to leave with many new proficiencies, glaze-fired test tiles and materials to continue experimenting in your studio practice.
