AMACO registers all products with Poisindex which makes all this information available to health care providers via National Poison Control. A call to 1-800-222-1222 will connect the health care provider with any needed information.
Replacement Parts
Please call our Technical Support team with any questions regarding parts for kilns, wheels, slab rollers, extruders, and all other studio equipment.
To find replacement parts other than full components, you can contact an authorized Brent dealer nearest you. (Many will also perform wheel repair.)
Web Order Shipping Issues and Returns
All Kiln orders are final and cannot be returned. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which the product was received. Further details can be found in the Web Shipping & Privacy Policy.
