Hallowe'en Glaze Roundup

Halloween is creeping up fast, and these glazes are a must for your collection!

PC-63 Cosmic Tea Dust

Who doesn’t want the sparkle at Halloween? This dark glaze shimmers while being super stable. Layer it over Obsidian for a glittery black. Perfect for cauldrons.

SM-53 Cayenne

This russet satin glaze is perfect for rustic pumpkins. Want a more vivid Orange? Try out SM-68 Orange.

C-57 Mulberry

A deep purple, Mulberry is perfect for a variety of Halloween-themed uses. Mulberry is slightly translucent, making it perfect for textured pieces. Do some ghostly water etching on white clay and see them appear like magic.

C-1 Obsidian

Nothing captures Halloween quite like a pitch-black glaze—and Obsidian nails it! Glossy yet stiff, Obsidian stays right where you put it. It’s gorgeous alone, and a great base for layering, too!

CR-41 Lime Crawl

Creepy crawly Lime Crawl over any of the glazes listed will create the look of a toxic shell.

PC-29 Deep Olive Speckle

A calm, cool green, Deep Olive Speckle is a glaze for a more refined Halloween. Deep Olive Speckle is translucent enough to use over underglaze decorations, perfect for your favorite zombie transfers.

CO-6 Supernova

All the Cosmos glazes are gorgeous and enchanting, but Supernova is my favorite for an otherworldly appearance. A translucent cream glaze that develops iridescent crystals in firing, Supernova shines like a moon. Use it as an accent or over a large decorative item.

SH-52 Hibiscus Matte Shino

All the Matte Shino glazes are wonderful for Halloween, but my favorite is Hibiscus Matte Shino. A warm red like maple leaves in autumn, this glaze shows off texture and gives a warm rustic tone to any piece it’s on. Brown where thin, apply heavier coats to get the lighter red. Beautiful when layered with glazes like PC-63 Cosmic Oil Spot.

Enjoy the season and get your spooky glaze on!
