AMACO Shipping Policy
CUSTOMER SERVICE
For questions about your order, please contact amacoweborders@amaco.com. Include your order number. We will do our best to respond to your questions within 24 hours.
PRICING
Current suggested retail prices are posted on the AMACO website at Amaco.com. While AMACO makes every attempt to minimize price adjustments during the calendar year, prices are subject to change without notice due to cost fluctuations. All orders will be charged appropriate sales tax. If you are a tax exempt customer (such as a school), please contact an AMACO distributor to place an order.
ORDERS
Orders will be processed for shipment within 7-10 business days. We cannot rush ship web orders at this time. AMACO closures due to holidays or weather may impact processing time.
Order cancellations or changes cannot be processed on the website. Please get in touch with amacoweborders@amaco.com if you must make a change to your order.
If order changes are required after submitting an order, the order will need to be canceled, and the customer will need to enter a new order on the website. To cancel an order contact amacoweborders@amaco.com.
Orders already picked and processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
Equipment orders (wheels, kilns, slab rollers, extruders) require additional follow-up with our Customer Care team from AMACO. We will contact you before finalizing your order and processing payment.
Kiln orders require a completed Kiln Specification Form. All Kiln orders are final and cannot be returned.
PAYMENT
Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
AMACO accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. AMACO does not accept checks for web orders.
AMACO cannot process C.O.D. shipments or open customer accounts.
We may request a pre-authorization to ensure your card details are valid and sufficient funds are available for the transaction. This pre-authorization is not billed to you. However, your card issuer may hold the amount for a short period. Your card issuer determines this period.
SHIPPING
AMACO ships web orders to the 48 contiguous states only.
AMACO ships most orders via UPS. Shipping for equipment will be determined at the time of shipment.
A physical address and phone number will be required for shipment. AMACO does not ship to P.O. boxes.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of your order. The shipping cost will be communicated to you before submitting your order to AMACO.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships from AMACO.
To ensure a safe delivery, all equipment shipments are marked “Special Handling.” The consignee must be ready and willing to assist the delivery driver in unloading.

RETURNS
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which the product was received.
Customers must contact AMACO at amacoweborders@amaco.com before returning the product to receive an RMA number and shipping information. Please have your order number available. Do not return merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Upon authorization, the merchandise can be returned to AMACO in new/clean condition. The order number & RMA number must be displayed prominently outside the package returned to AMACO.
Returns can be shipped with the shipper of your choice and should be submitted to

For your protection, ensure the package(s), mark each one with your Return RMA Number, and obtain tracking information for any follow-up with the shipper for claim resolution.
Returns sent to freight collection are not accepted.
All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility (unless the merchandise is defective or AMACO shipped the product in error) and must be fully prepaid. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the product and its condition when returned.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

AMACO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
ORDER INSPECTION
Upon receipt, The customer should check the order immediately and report any discrepancies to AMACO within five days at amacoweborders@amaco.com. Please include your order number.
Approved shortages are replaced at no charge.
To report an overage or other issue, please contact AMACO at amacoweborders@amaco.com and include your order number.
Immediately after receipt and no later than 14 days after receipt of the product, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. Although rare, damage may occur to items inside a package with no evidence visible on the exterior of a carton. Even though the driver has already left, all cartons should immediately be opened, and the contents inspected for possible concealed damage.
If your order arrives damaged (a parcel, product, or product packaging is damaged), please contact AMACO within 7 days at amacoweborders.amaco.com. Please include your order number. Save any damaged products or packaging for possible inspection.
