Event Description
Over the course of two days, you'll throw basic shapes—cylinders, cups, and bottles—to practice on while exploring the nuances of wall thickness and surface preparation for underglazing and carving. Diana will guide you through pattern development, showing how designs transform across different forms. You'll also get hands-on experience with Buschkraft and DiamondCore carving tools, learn the art of dividing your pottery for pattern carving, and discover how to bring out your unique artistic voice through the quality of your lines.
